Project Overview
The housing developer needed professional, polished collateral for their $3.6M investment opportunity. When asking investors to plop down significant scratch on housing development, its usually a good idea to leave behind something better than a printed PowerPoint presentation. I had a lot of fun with this piece as the client was very trusting of my design choices with great, helpful feedback where it was needed. This lead to a strong piece and a very happy client.
Like a doting father, I was quite proud of the simulated photograph of a floorplan, with coffee and other elements cobbled together from various places.
